This date doesn’t happen everyday. So hmm, what’s so special about today?
In Japan:
- It was Tanabata. I have to go sometime in the near future…
- The Animelo 2007 Generation-A concert happened. See seiyuu3 for current details and those soon to come. Also, Minorin blogged about it, as well (with images).
- Suzumiya Haruhi’s 2nd Season is announced officially.
Elsewhere:
- International Nana Day was held across the globe. There may have been one in my area, too, but I don’t know for certain. (If you don’t get it, nana = 7)
- Various Live Earth concerts were held ’round the world.
On a different note, I’m debating whether or not I should import the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou Concert DVD (not sure if I’ll even get the photobook that is supposed to come with it). So you saw the video, then. ^_^ I guess it’s as close to an official announcement as we’ll get for now, but it still doesn’t really confirm anything.
