[Misc.] 明けまして。。。2008
It’s actually a while until the New Year arrives on my part of the world, but I’ll just like to wish all of the readers a Happy New Year. A new season of anime awaits~ (then again, I’ll probably only watch sequals)
I’m not going to do any “Favorite Anime of 2007″ or any of that, since I’m sure you’ve seen at least 100 of those kind of biased posts. But I’ll say that this year has been one of the biggest for Slice-of-life series. Many seiyuu breakthroughs as well.
So, here’s to another year of watching anime and worshipping seiyuu!

[Seiyuu] Review: Minori Chihara Message 01 DVD
After several excruciating days of waiting for the mail, my copy has arrived in my hands and… what’s this? It’s about the same size as a regular audio CD jewel case… Ah well, I’m not going to comment on the size, it’s the content that matters, right? I’ll try not to spend too much time on this… Read more

You heard it right, Minorin announced on her blog today she has already started on the photo shoots for her photobook. This will be sold as one of the merchandise available at her 1st live tour I’ve mentioned before (ah, I’m so jealous). Here’s to hoping that it will be available online or on Yahoo! JP auctions or something…
Also, she mentioned that there will be a Q&A corner in the photo book, and she is currently accepting questions from her fans! This will last only until Jan. 3rd (Japan time). To ask her a question, go here. Not all questions are guaranteed to be accepted, but this is a good chance to ask something you’ve always wondered about her. The question must also be in one sentence. If you have more than one question, you’ll have to submit each question separately. Of course, you’ll have to do so in Japanese, because she doesn’t understand a word of English…
For the sake of having a picture in this entry, to the left is a photo of Minorin from her blog entry about her day at the Dragonaut booth at the Jump Festa 2008 event last Sunday. Since Toa wears a lot of pink, she wore a pink dress. (The boots are a chic touch, if I say so myself)

No comments[Seiyuu] Merry Christmas, from Minorin!
As a “Christmas present” to her fans, Minorin announced on her blog today that she will be releasing a new single around the 26th of March next year! Nothing much else is said at the moment, but be sure to look forward to it!
The photo to the left is also from the entry, where she received cake at work. Red looks really nice on her, don’t it? (Then again, she looks good in practically everything.)

No comments[Kanon] Happy Holidays, うぐうぅぅ~
Sorry for not blogging lately, what with school and all, but now that I’m in break, I have tons of things to catch up on.
I don’t have much to blog about in this entry, but not to make this an apology entry, here’s the preview for Kanon’s ADV Dub:
Anime News Network Link
Despite having the girls sound much older than they should, it’s a decent dub. This makes most of them sound less cute somewhat (granted, seiyuu and their high pitched voices make them sound way much younger), but there’s none of that “Hurrahi Suzumiya”, if you get my drift. I only care about Mai though, and she sounds perfectly fine. Sayuri even talks in 3rd person, but I don’t think “ahaha~” will be the same…
Uguu~ (yes, Ayu still says that, uncutely if I may add)
